Original vintage ice cream industry trade magazine article for JAMES MADISON HORTON ICE CREAM COMPANY.  One of the Oldest Brand Names in the Ice Cream Industry has grown to become one of the major segments in Borden's New York Operation.  James Madison Horton founded the company.  Jacob Fussell's New York Ice Cream operations were acquired by Horton.  Pictured is employee Joseph Umpleby, secretary of the firm.
