NORTH AUSTIN COUNTY TEXAS 1959 aerial surveys oil gas data vintage map

Very detailed Ownership and Lease Map with Well Data of the North Half of Austin County, Texas copyright 1934-1948-1950-1951-1953-1959  by Edgar Tobin. Aerial Surveys, with land ownership and Oil & Gas Well data information.   Ownership Date compiled 1934, Well Data Date compiled 1948. The approximate size is 42" x 75" .   Austin County Texas is located about 75 miles west of Houston.  The second photograph shows a small detailed close up of Bellville & Industry .  The map has yellowed at the folds, as seen in the picture.  Markings noting oil wells added and other information has been added. There also may be other notations added. There are no tears or repairs that I saw, since I did not open the map up all the way, just counted and measured the folds as I did not want to open and close the map any more than necessary.   Please view picture(s) carefully for condition and details. I have several more Aerial Survey Maps of other counties south and west of Houston from the same period.
