Fully Automatic Protection. The Roberts Shut-Off Valve is a double acting safety valve that automatically closes against any predetermined high or low pressure. Installed on the Christmas Tree either downstream or upstream from the choke, it (1) protects the flow line and separator against excessive well pressure, (2) prevents loss of fluid or gas from the well in event of line failure.
