Sonic Homogenizers use the fluid-dynamic forces of the liquids themselves to produce the sound waves. The liquids to be emulsified impinge in the form of a flat, high-pressure jet stream on the edge of a blade which vibrates at its natural frequency (about 22,000 CPS). Cavitation takes place continuously in the stream rushing past the blade exploding the ingredients into micron-sized droplets to produce superior emulsions.

Result: Faster and more complete emulsification, a machine selling at a fraction of the cost of conventional equipment, inherent simplicity making maintenance easy.
