Products include the Harris Stainless Steel Vacuum Pan, Harris Coolers for Sweetened Condensed Milk and the Harris Steam Jacket Kettles, all are fully featured.

The universal evaporator for condensing all milk products, built for continuous and batch operation. The condensed product is free from metallic contamination. Because of the low boiling temperature in the new pan, the flavor and color is superior. Milk solids entertainment losses are recovered and returned into the pan. Exhaust steam can be used in the coils. The condenser operates efficiently with inlet water temperatures up to 100 degrees.
