The New Wing Aluminum Mailer is a machine for pasting address labels on all kinds of mail matter. The roll or strip of printed addresses is inserted in the Mailer. The machine feeds through, pastes and cuts off the individual addresses. In using the Mailer, the operator works directly on top of the mail matter to be addressed, throwing off each piece as done. Labels have been used in addressing newspapers and magazines for many years. Strip labels can be printed or stenciled in sheets or rolls at a low cost, and in case of the small office, lists can be set in galleys with type discarded for other purposes. On small lists and infrequent mailings, lists can be prepared by typewriting names with carbon copies for subsequent mailings.
