The Chiplets Butter Cutting Machine, Model K, has been designed for use primarily by butter producers, wholesale or large distributors to enable them to produce at extremely low cost, butter cut into ready to serve Chiplets, each attractively embossed and conveniently packaged in 5-inch by 6-inch parchment wrapped layers. The machine has capacity from 800 to 1200 pounds of butter per hour depending on the size Chiplets produced. These Chiplet sizes range from 32 to 120 to the pound, without necessitating changes in the size of the finished package or shipping container. The Chiplets Machines cannot be bought, but were available on a lease and royalty basis.
