This is a modern, sanitary, thoughtfully practical method of refuse collection. It will do the job in half the time, with half the crew now assigned to the antiquated 'garbage wagon' and will not distribute garbage, dust, ashes or vile odors throughout the streets. One man can load a COLECTO easily. Automatic device lowers a refuse trough to a convenient height for loading. When raised it becomes a tightly clamped lid. Body is mechanically unloaded from the drivers seat.
