Duratile is made of 28 gauge steel, electric plated zinc and bonderized for rust proofing. Finishes are synthetic enamel baked at a temperature of 250 degrees F, thus the paint will not chip, craze, or lose its luster. It cannot be broken or cracked. Duratile is obtainable at less than one-half the cost of ceramic tile.
