After serving the trade for nearly 25 years, we have every reason to feel that in the Ellis Pipe Cutter, we have a tool for the cutting of pipe which entirely answers the purpose of a cutter for work in or out of the ditch. Every point in contact with the pipe is a cutting disk. You will therefore readily see that the cutter when adjusted to the pipe need only be moved in a small part of a circle in order to cut entirely around the pipe.
