KONTROL has been used for several years in treating such oil emulsions as cut oil from the wells and tank bottoms; also to break the emulsions formed in absorption oil in casinghead gasoline plants.

It has been used successfully to soften paraffin in flow-lines, tank bottoms, tubing, well connections, etc. In reality, it prevents the crystalline formation of the paraffin in casings, tubing & lines and removes it from exposed sand in the well.
