The advisory services of a group of experienced elevator technicians are available without charge or obligation. For any building in New England, there is an efficiently engineered Payne Elevator or Dumb Waiter. Payne Machines are made in many sizes, each built in both traction and winding drum-types and also available with various modifications for special purposes. Motors from 1/2 to over 50 horsepower are used to cover the range of duties.
