Penetrol is built to surmount difficulties encountered in the field and does this in a practical and economical manner.

Penetrol is the outstanding primer for new steel, but it is the greatest service in its application to rusted iron or steel. Penetrol applied directly upon the rust surface penetrates through and under the rust to the clean steel beneath. It uses the rust mechanically as a protective pigment. It hardens into elastic adhering film of maximum imperviousness.
