With this dedicating phrase, the FULTON ENGINEERING COMPANY pledges its new home at 37-25 Vernon Boulevard, Long Island City, NY. to Victory. With facilities many times those that were available at our former building, nevertheless not a single inch of its thousands of feet of floor space; not a single turn of its lathes or motors; not a single ounce of its electric power and not a single moment of its manpower will be available for peacetime pursuits until the day the Axis has submitted its unconditional surrender. 

We wish we could say that our greatly increased facilities enable us to once again aid the dairy and ice cream industry in the problems of its Pasteurizers, freezers, tanks and other machinery. We are sorry, we cannot, but we know our many friends would not have us do otherwise. We have, to put it succinctly, gone from Freezers to Guns Until...

We will not digress, for even a single moment, from this pledged program for wartime. But when out enimies have been completely blasted from the skis, off the seas and on the land, and the striking lesson of American democracy has been brought to the peoples of the earth, then will our new plant and its many facilities again be converted to the peacetime production for the dairy and ice cream industry.
