GMT manufacturers a luxury vinyl floor tile for the residential and commercial specifier. The company, founded in 1959, originally produced a line of decorative metal designs which were inserted into floor tiles. In addition to inlay work, GMT offered 'Special Cutting' services, to the trade, supplying dealers with die cut and custom cut vinyl tiles. Quality work, and service led to the trade making GMT 'The Source' for special and unique floor tiles. GMT continued as a 'Trade Workroom' until 1973, at which time the company began to manufacture it's own line of laminated Vinyl Floor Tiles.
