 A complete unit building system taking the form of so your steel beams. Offers the architect the important advantages of economy and speed in construction together with 100% electrical service. Each unit is built by pre forming two steel sheets and subsequently welding these two sheets together. The standard unit, as delivered to the construction job, is 24 inches wide and consists in four cellular beams with a 24 foot maximum span. The maximum weight per unit, except in special cases, is about 400 pounds. Generally, the average unit weighs less than 250 pounds. The design is such as to develop maximum efficiency of the steel.

Millions of square feet of Robertson's Q-Panels are in use, all over the country, for roof decks of industrial buildings, commercial buildings, public buildings and filling stations. Used as a roof deck, these cellular steel units provide a flat steel ceiling that may be painted or given any desired surface treatment. Insulation and build up waterproofing are placed on top, providing a deck with low coefficient of heat transmission.
