The 'Drillmaster Minor' Rotary Drilling Rig has been designed for use in inaccessible parts of the world where conventional truck mounted equipment would be unable to operate. The rig may be broken down into small carryable units, the heaviest of which is the drilling engine, weighing just over 100 pounds. Upon arrival at the drilling site, the rig may be assembled in approximately 20 minutes, by a crew of four men, and on completion of drilling, may be taken apart ready for carry to the next location in approximately 30 minutes. Associated with the Drilling Rig is a Pumping Unit, which features a special lightweight Mono Pump and is driven by a similar engine to that used on the Drilling Rig. As with the Drilling Rig, the Pump Unit breaks down into light units for carrying.
