Products include CZC Protected Lumber and Creosoted Products. CSZ, composed of Chromated Zinc Chloride salts, is a scientifically advanced of the 100 year old zinc chloride treatment. The technical effect of chromates is that of a fixative, having the function of setting zinc chloride firmly into the wood fibre and making the protective treatment permanent. Lumber pressure treated with CZC salts is clean, odorless and paintable.
