'The Jersey Meadow Gold Ice Cream Company has now been in production for the last six months. This eastern unit of Beatrice operates under the direction of Charles S. Hutchinson, vice president of the company, and local offices who are; President J. L. Ginsburg, Vice President George L. Ginsburg, Treasurer Harry Epstein, Secretary, Robert Ginsburg and production manager Lloyd Evans'.
'The new building is a four story arrangement presenting a well proportioned exterior design of two shades of ornamental terra cotta combined with a pleasing tone of red brick, which gives a very beautiful effect that is consistent with the commercial character of the building and the district of the city in which the factory is located'.
