Master Gear Head Motors are the ideal drive for a great many of the motor applications on dairy machinery. They combined the desirable features of an 1800 RPM motor with a simple, compact, integrally built reduction unit to secure practically any desired speed. Cost may be reduced through the elimination of bulky costly speed reduction equipment of other types, such as chains, sprockets, gear trains, separate gear reducers, etc. Ball and roller bearings are used throughout and the heat treated alloy steel of shafts and gears provide ruggedness, strength and long life operation.
