Well Perforation Washers, utilize the well fluid or other fluid introduced through the operating tubing as a washing medium. 

Pressure Washers, utilize the well fluid or fluid introduced through the operating string, discharging it through the perforations under high pressure and at great velocity from between closely spaced opposed packers as the packing assembly moves downward through a stroke of approximately 10 feet.

Suction Washers, maintains a steady suction through the perforations confined between the packers, pumping the washed-out material up through the operating string and discharging it at the surface.
