Oakite materials are designed to meet every cleaning and sterilizing need of dairy, cheese, ice cream, condensing and other milk product plants. Okite cleans by emulsification, a physical action that breaks up oils, butter fats and greases into minute particles so destroying their adhesive nature, and readily removing them from any surface to be cleaned. This principle distinguishes several of the Oakite materials which have been specifically developed for the different cleaning operations.
