This is a war of mechanized might, to determine who is superior in mechanized production. Part of the war is being fought on the battlefield, the larger, and equally important part behind the battlefields. The E Award given to the production soldiers is in no way different from the medals bestowed on the fighting soldiers for their share of the work.
