Manufacturers of Mineralized Sugar, Anhydride Crystals, A.-C. for Chocolate Milk, Buttermilk, Cottage Cheese, Half & Half and Ice Cream.

Products include A.-C. Crystals, Mix Control, Frosty Base Powder and Neutro, all are featured.

A.-C. is a scientifically mineralized high pH sugar for balancing the mineral salts content of a wide variety of dairy products, particularly Ice Cream Mix, Half & Half, Chocolate Milk, Buttermilk, and Cottage Cheese. A.-C. definitely improves the flavor and quality of each dairy product enumerated above. The increase in volume, caused by the use of A.-C., will more than offset its cost. It is a Perfect Standardizer for Acidity. A.-C. is always uniform in quality and blends easily and gently with milk proteins. It prevents Half & Half from feathering, adds firmness to curds of Cottage Cheese, imparts desirable stability to Buttermilk and Chocolate Milk, and improves the flavor, body and texture of Ice Cream. Ice Cream balanced with A.-C. has more uniform flavor, deliciously smooth and free of ice crystals.
