The Tanker was in Flames with 160,000 Barrels of High Octane Gas Aboard!  It ignited when it collided with another tanker in the Delaware River.  A Navy team from the Naval Base Philadelphia under the direction of Lieutenant Commander Louis O. Lindeman came to the rescue in the tug U.S.S.
