Cimatool Chamfering and Burring Machines are used to burr, chamfer, recess or mill the ends of transmission, timing and aircraft gearing on an accurate, economical production basis. These processes are accomplished automatically on practically any specified number and grouping of gear teeth. Tooth and profile may be given while variety of forms range from a regular wedge to a combination of circular arcs. These Cimatool Machines are the only ones which automatically process either end of the teeth over the entire tooth profile, including face flange, root and top land.
