Thermotics, Inc. was formed in October, 1967, with the primary goal of providing engineering, design and fabrication services and products for use in the thermal recovery for the oil, gas and sulfur industries. In this relatively short span of time, it has grown rapidly and soundly into an impressive holding company with many products and services in widespread use. Thermotech has acquired several firms well known in their fields. Among these are Well Control Inc, J Ed Hill, Inc, Fluid Control Inc, and Digitool Corp. It has formed Liquitech, Div.  as well.
