Being totally enclosed, the reflector needs rarely to be cleaned, thus reducing maintenance cost. All corrosion-proof construction affords greatest durability and better appearance. Bart Reflectors are produced entirely by the Bart Electroform Process, a method of electro-deposition on a master metallic mold. The reproduction is of such fidelity that the master mold has on its surface the ultimate high polish and when the reflector is removed from the mold, it bears the identical surface to such close precision that it requires and receives no subsequent polishing. The facsimile accuracy is of order of millions of an inch.
